Britt Brennan - Empowerment-Focused First Aid Trainer & Employment Coach
I’m Britt Brennan, founder of REACHAU (Regional Education and Career Help Australia). I deliver nationally recognised First Aid training and trauma-informed career development that empowers people to act with confidence - especially in high-risk, regional, or under-served communities.
With a background in education and mental health, I focus on the why behind every skill I teach. Whether it's HLTAID011 for workplace compliance or confidence-building workshops for jobseekers, people leave my sessions not just certified - but genuinely prepared to help others.
I deliver tailored First Aid training and connect with local organisations ready to build practical skills into their teams and communities.
If you’re looking for onsite First Aid courses, workplace compliance support, or engaging training with real-world impact - let’s connect.

REACHAU delivers First Aid training and employment-focused education with a strong emphasis on empowerment, confidence, and real-world application.

We offer nationally accredited First Aid courses (HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID012, HLTAID013, HLTAID014) tailored to the needs of regional communities, high-risk workplaces, and industries where practical skills can save lives. Our training is trauma-informed, engaging, and designed to build genuine confidence – not just tick a compliance box.

Based in WA, REACHAU is currently offering training opportunities for local businesses, schools, jobseekers, and community groups. We come to you – delivering onsite training that fits your schedule and workplace context.

Whether you need First Aid certification for your team, support with compliance, or workshops that help people step into their next chapter with confidence, we’re here to help.
